EURAM Doctoral Accelerator- PhD Buddy Scheme

• Build networks and form long-term connections with like-minded PhD students from all over the world.
• Get advice and build professional relationships with recognized professors in the field.
• Stay in touch with other researchers throughout your PhD and mutually boost each other’s motivation, well-being, and creative research ideas.
• Act as an ambassador for EURAM - a vibrant community of engaged management scholars.

The PhD Buddy Scheme is open to all PhD students willing to advance their academic career and extend their networks. PhD students will be matched with peers based on the level of their study and broader research interests. They will meet (virtually) throughout the year to provide informal support, share experiences, or even create research together. Every few months they will be joined by an academic mentor – a leading scholar with an excellent reputation in their research community. There will also be a series of online events for Buddies where we will be able to draw on wider experiences, further extend our networks, and strengthen the EURAM’s community!

If you are interested in joining the scheme, please send us a short application form. The application system will open twice a year – in March and October. Applications will be selected based on academic rigour.

The applicants for the DA PhD Buddy Scheme must be EURAM members for the year 2022.  If you are not yet a EURAM member for the year 2022, you will be contacted by the EURAM head-office.
