Workshop Announcement

The 15th annual Workshop on Talent Management will be held in Athens (Greece) on April 12 and 13, 2027, co-organised by the Department of Management Science and Technology (DMST) of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and the European Academy of Management (EURAM).

Following the fourteen highly successful Workshops held in Brussels (2012, 2013), Berlin (2014), Valencia (2015), Copenhagen (2016), Barcelona (2017), Helsinki (2018), Toulouse (2019), virtual/online sessions (2020–2021), Cork (2022), Lyon (2023), Luxembourg (2024), and Eindhoven (2025), the 2027 Workshop continues to provide a forum for academic exchange of conceptual and empirical (qualitative or quantitative) research in the area of talent management. The workshop has a strong developmental focus and, as such, encourages research which may be in progress as well as completed research.

There is no requirement to submit and present a paper; some attendees come just to listen, learn, comment, and participate in the discussions.
