Dr. Hamid H. Kazeroony

Dr. Hamid H. Kazeroony, SPHR, SHRM‑SCP, is a professor of management and human potential whose work spans the United States, Europe, and Africa. He serves as a senior contributing faculty in Walden University’s Ph.D. Management program, is an Extraordinary Professor at North‑West University in South Africa, is a professor at Minnesota State colleges and Universities system, and has held leadership roles with EURAM, the Africa Academy of Management, and the Academy of Management. His research focuses on research methodology, decoloniality, and how production systems, diversity, and institutional values shape leadership and organizational ethics. He has authored and edited numerous works with major academic publishers.


Professor Miguel Pérez Valls

Miguel Pérez Valls is Professor of Management at the University of Almeria where he currently oversees the Strategy, Communication and Corporate Entrepreneurship areas. Miguel has international experience in the fields of social and organizational innovations and how they relate to sustainability strategies. Passionate about teaching and learning, he has taught at undergraduate, master and doctoral level in the fields of strategic management and human resource management, both at the University of Almeria and as visiting professor in the UK, Poland, Germany or Peru. He actively participates in several European research and transfer projects and has coordinated 4 of them. His research is based on the conviction that firms and organisations are part of the solution, and he actively works to help entrepreneurs, companies and society to find innovative ways to cooperate.

Professor Almina Bešić

Almina Bešić is an Assistant Professor and Program Director of the Bachelor International Business Administration at the Johannes Kepler University Linz, combining her academic role with a position as an independent consultant for the European Migration Network.

She holds a PhD in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Graz, where her research focused on human resource strategies and highly skilled migrants in multinational companies.

Her research examines migration and employment issues, with particular attention to workplace integration of migrants and refugees, European migration policy, and diversity in international HRM. Her work appears in journals such as Journal of International Management, European Management Review, and Comparative Migration Studies. Almina has conducted research and worked across several European countries, including Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.

As a mentor, Almina brings deep expertise in navigating international career paths, offering unique insights at the intersection of migration, human resources, and professional development in European contexts.


Professor Albrecht Fritzsche

Albrecht Fritzsche is full professor and research director at IEDC – Bled School of Management in Slovenia. He holds a PhD in philosophy of technology from TU Darmstadt and another PhD in industrial management from Hohenheim University, Stuttgart. Before moving to academia, he worked for a long time as a systems expert and strategy consultant in manufacturing, establishing global cooperation structures and intelligent tools for planning and forecasting. His research covers a variety of topics at the interface between management, engineering, and philosophy, with a focus on innovation and transformation.

He has served as full professor in Germany and Morocco, with specific responsibilities for early-career academia and institutional development in dynamic societies. His work has been published in a large variety if journals. He has edited several books on technological transformation, ethics, and participatory innovation, as well as special issues in Creativity and Innovation Management and Kybernetes. He has also authored monographies on heuristic search algorithms, notions of indeterminacy in technology, and science fiction.

Albrecht hosted EECC at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg in 2019. He is also a former chair and council member of the forum for Philosophy, Engineering and Technology (fPET), and plays an active role in the annual Design Theory Workshop and Tutorial at Mines Paris – PSL.


Professor Audrey Rouzies

Audrey Rouzies is Full professor in Strategy at Toulouse School of Management (TSM, France). She is the Director of TSM Doctoral Programme. Audrey Rouzies has been involved at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) since 2008 as track chair, SIG chair and she currently serves as Vice-President for SIGs (Strategic Interest Groups).

Her work focuses on the management of mergers and acquisitions, more specifically on the organisational and human issues involved in the implementation of these operations. Audrey Rouziès uses qualitative and mixed methods, preferably longitudinal, to understand the research areas she studies. Her recent research has been published in Journal of Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Organization Science, Long Range Planning, European Management Review.  Audrey Rouziès is also a co-founder of the European M&A Institute (eM&Ai).

Professor Joanna Szulc

Joanna Szulc is EURAM’s Vice President for the Early Career Community and an Assistant Professor at Gdańsk University of Technology. She eared her PhD in Management from the University of Leeds (UK).

Her research focuses on fostering inclusive organizations, emphasizing employee well-being and effective workplace relationships. Joanna has authored books and publications in international journals and has received several prestigious academic grants and awards.

She frequently appears in media, including newspapers, radio, and TV, to discuss her research. She has lectured at universities in the UK, Poland, and Italy and mentors PhD students and early career scholars through various initiatives. Passionate about advancing equality in academia, Joanna is committed to creating supportive spaces for researchers and driving meaningful, positive change.

Professor Stefan Güldenberg

Thrilled to introduce our distinguished mentor, Prof. Stefan Güldenberg! As a Full Professor at EHL Hospitality Business School Campus Lausanne, Academic Director of the Graduate School and President of the Swiss Society for Business Management (SGB), he brings over 30 years of expertise in strategy research and consulting.

Stefan's extensive journey includes professorships and research fellowships at renowned institutions like WU Vienna, University of Liechtenstein, Harvard University, MIT, and the National University of Singapore. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Swiss Journal of Business (Die Unternehmung), and member of the Editorial Board of EURAM Sparks, the Journal of Knowledge Management and Journal of the Digital Economy.

A former Vice President Practice of EURAM and President of The New Club of Paris, he's a thought leader in sustainable leadership and knowledge management. Prof. Güldenberg, a trailblazer in the field, will be available for mentoring, coaching, and career advice at our upcoming EECC !

Professor Mine Karatas-Ozkan

Mine Karatas-Ozkan is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Southampton Business School, University of Southampton (UK), and Vice President Talent Development for the European Academy of Management. She has been a dedicated EURAM’er since 2004 as a doctoral student, taking on several tasks leading to her current responsibility as VP. Previously, she held various leadership including Associate Dean Research; Director of the Faculty Graduate School and Founding Director of the Centre for Inclusive and Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Southampton.

Her work is in the areas of social sustainability, diversity, equality and inclusion in the context of leadership and entrepreneurship. She has led and carried out many collaborative projects funded by national/international organisations engaging with academic and non-academic stakeholders such as social entrepreneurs, women leaders and entrepreneurs, refugee entrepreneurs, representatives of intermediary organisations and policy makers.  Her passion to contribute to, and curiosity to learn more about, women’s leadership and how we can support such women with disadvantaged backgrounds have led her to complete a Yale School of Management executive education on women’s leadership.

She supervises and mentors a cohort of doctoral candidates and early career researchers pursuing programmes of research on domains such as social and sustainable entrepreneurship, diversity, equality and inclusion, gender and entrepreneurship, refugee entrepreneurship, women and leadership for sustainability, and strategy and institutional change in higher education.

Professor Fabian Homberg

Professor of HRM and Organisational Behaviour at LUISS University in Rome.

With a doctorate from the University of Zurich, his research focuses on public service motivation and incentives in private and public sectors. Before moving to Italy, he held appointments at at Bournemouth University andthe University of Southampton, UK.

Professor Homberg has an impressive record of publications in esteemed journals, and active participation in international collaborations. He also serves as an associate editor of the Review of Managerial Science and Evidence-based HRM.

A member of EURAM's scientific council, he generously mentors both PhD students and early career researchers.

Professor Alessandro Zattoni, EURAM President

Prof. Zattoni, currently a Professor of Corporate Strategy and Corporate Governance at LUISS University in Rome, has an illustrious academic background. He has served as a Professor of Strategy and Governance at Parthenope University of Naples and at Bocconi University in Milan.

He will generously share his insights and editorial expertise gained from his role in renowned international journals.

Professor Pierre Dussauge

Pierre Dussauge, a professor of strategic management at HEC Paris. Holding a Ph.D. from Paris-Dauphine University, he served as a visiting professor at top institutions globally, including the University of Michigan, INSEAD, IESE, INCAE, the Indian School of Business, and Tsinghua University.

Prof. Dussauge is an author or a co-author of impactful books like “Cooperative Strategy” and “Strategor”. His research, notably on Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances, is widely published in esteemed journals.
