The yearlong EECC mentoring
Every
attendee will embark on a yearlong EECC mentoring scheme - it's a supportive
community dedicated to your growth and success. After the meeting in March, we
have envisaged 2-3 online coaching sessions with a mentor whose area of
expertise will match your own research field. These sessions will go beyond
paper feedback, offering valuable advice on cultivating a successful research
career.
Our unique mentorship programme will cover a spectrum of topics, including achieving a healthy work-life balance, building a robust research network, and mastering the art of managing a portfolio of articles. You'll also have access to a dedicated LinkedIn page for the community and will be invited to a culminating event at the EURAM 2024 Conference, where you can further expand your network and engage in enriching discussions.
