The Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Sustainability Vienna combines evidence-based research with practice-oriented teaching to actively contribute to a sustainable future. With publications in top-tier journals and successful third-party funded projects, the faculty fosters exchange between academia, business, and society We are currently seeking to appoint four Research and Teaching Associates (PhD Positions), with positions starting at the earliest possible date. The positions are affiliated with the following professorships at the Faculty of Business Administration. Further information about each professorship can be found via the links below: - Accounting & Innovation – Univ.-Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Klein (75% position) - Managerial Accounting & Controlling – Univ.-Prof. Dr. Arthur Posch (75% position) - Organization & CSR – Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dominik van Aaken (up to 100% position) - Sustainable Strategy & Governance – Univ.-Prof. Dr. Ann-Christine Schulz (75% position) Scope of Responsibilities - Writing a dissertation: Conduct research aligned with the professorship’s focus and dedicate a significant portion of your working time to your dissertation. - Support Innovative Research Projects: Assist in developing novel research initiatives and potentially in acquiring third-party funding. - Teaching and Student Support: Independently prepare and teach courses in the current study programs in the field of business administration and supervise and support students. - Third Mission Activities: Help organize events and contribute to administrative tasks related to the professorship (e.g., facilitating research dissemination and science communication, supporting the editorial team of Junior Management Science).
