Position Openings in Strategy and International Business

The Management & Organization Group at Özyeğin University, Istanbul, Turkey, is inviting applications for full-time faculty positions in the areas of Strategy (preferably specializing in the management of multinationals, cross-cultural management, or entrepreneurial strategy and/or startups) and International Business (preferably with a focus on internationalization and industry analysis). The positions are open at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor levels, starting from January 2025 or later.

We seek candidates who have established or show promise of developing an international research record with publications in leading journals within their respective fields. Successful candidates are expected to teach core and elective courses in our undergraduate and/or graduate programs (MBA, Executive MBA, and PhD), contribute to curriculum and program development, and engage in departmental activities appropriate to their rank. We offer competitive labor conditions, research support, and teaching loads commensurate with rank and experience.
