Özyeğin University, Faculty of Business

The Management & Organization Group at Özyeğin University, Istanbul, Turkey, is inviting applications for full-time faculty positions in the areas of Strategy (preferably specializing in the management of multinationals and/or cross-cultural management), International Business (preferably with a focus on internationalization and industry analysis), Entrepreneurship (preferably specializing in entrepreneurial strategy and/or startups), Technology & Innovation Management, and HRM (with a preference for HR analytics). The positions are open at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor levels, starting from January 2025 or later.

We seek candidates who have established or show promise of developing an international research record with publications in leading journals within their respective fields. Successful candidates are expected to teach core and elective courses in our undergraduate and/or graduate programs (MBA, Executive MBA, and PhD), contribute to curriculum and program development, and engage in departmental activities appropriate to their rank. We offer competitive labor conditions, research support, and teaching loads commensurate with rank and experience.

Qualifications:

•	Junior Candidates: Should either hold or be in the process of completing a PhD in Business Administration or a closely related field from an internationally reputable university. They must demonstrate potential for conducting independent research and publishing in high-quality journals, as well as readiness to deliver high-quality teaching.

•	Senior Candidates: Must hold a PhD in Business Administration or a closely related field from an internationally reputable university. They should possess significant international academic experience, a strong publication record in top-tier journals in their respective fields, and a proven track record of teaching excellence.
