Doctoral Colloquium Registration

To attend the Doctoral Colloquium students must submit their paper to the Doctoral Colloquium before 24 January 2018 and receive a letter of acceptance (14 March 2018).

Conference Fees (19 - 22 June 2018)

Many thanks for you interest in EURAM 2018! We have  now reached our full capacity at the University of Iceland. We will not take any more registrations prior to the conference. ¹ The Conference Fee includes the 100 € EURAM Membership fee for 2019.

² The EURAM final party will be held in the Whales of Iceland museum (www.whalesoficeland.is) where dinner, drinks, entertainment and entrance to the museum is included in the price. This will start at 7pm and go on into the night. You can add this option during registration.

^* These fees only apply to PhD students that do NOT participate in the EURAM 2018 Doctoral Colloquium. To be eligible for these rates, PhD students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status, which they will need to upload during the registration process. Doctoral Colloquium (17 - 19 June 2018) - Registration is now closed

** These fees only apply to PhD students admitted to the doctoral colloquium. To be eligible for these rates, PhD students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status, which they will need to upload during the registration process.

³ The Doctoral Colloquium Fees include the 80 € EURAM (PhD Students) membership fee for 2019.

Waiving of Registration Fees

All participants, including board members, executive committee members and even the president of the academy, have to pay the full registration fees to attend the EURAM Conference.

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons are welcome to register for social activities. For that purpose, it will be necessary to register before 9 June 2018 as accompanying person.

Accompanying persons fee: 30 EUR

This fee includes:

• Participation in the Welcome Reception on 19 June 2018.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
• Only authors who complete their registration before 25 April 2018 will be included in the programme.
• The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
• As of 10 June 2018, the online registration will be closed for administrative purposes. If you have questions, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Participants who wish to attend the conference will have the possibility to register onsite. The onsite registration fee will be applied.
• Membership Fees include 21% Belgian VAT.
• The European Academy of Management (EURAM) plans to take photographs and video material at the EURAM 2018, 18th Annual Conference in Reykjavik, Iceland and reproduce them in EURAM educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the EURAM website. By participating at the EURAM 2018, 18th Annual Conference in Reykjavik, Iceland, you grant EURAM the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of EURAM. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by EURAM for any purpose.

Conference Fees include:

• Admission to all academic sessions (19-22 June 2018 at University of Iceland) and the EURAM Labs on 19 June 2018.
• Handout materials and information package as well as access to a mobile app.
• Coffee breaks & lunches to be served during the conference scientific programme, 19-22 June 2018.
• Welcome Reception on 20th June 2018 at University of Iceland.
• EURAM Membership fees for 2019
  • Standard rate: 100 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT).
  • PhD students: 80 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT).

...and do not include:

• Details about the EURAM party and registration information will be posted in due course.

Participation Fees to the Doctoral Colloquium (only) include:

• Academic sessions of the Doctoral Colloquium only (17 - 19 June 2018).
• Doctoral Colloquium materials.
• Coffee breaks & lunch to be served on 17 - 19 June 2018.
• EURAM Membership rates for 2019 (PhD Students - 80 Euro).

Cancellation Policy – Registration

• Cancellations received before or on 1st June 2018 – eligible for 50% refund.
• Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations received on or after 2nd June 2018.
• Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EURAM 2018, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
