Deadline for submission 28 June 2016

Dear EURAM members and friends,

Your activities are the bedrock of the Conference. Thank you for all your efforts in proposing and promoting an important topic. Also thank you, if your proposal is selected, for fostering the interactions among authors and reviewers. You will facilitate the development of research and of papers that matter.

If you chair a standing track, please also refer to the topic chairs’ responsibilities that signal the start of our common mission, and complete the Topic Proposal Template so that we can present your track on the Website.

- PROPOSAL

Propose a topic for the conference by completing the topic proposal template and email this to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

This proposal should include

• a compelling argument of the proposed topic’s relevance and opportunity

• a list of potential reviewers, publishing outlets and promotion networks

- PROMOTION

If your proposal is accepted, actively promote your topic through your own networks on behalf of the EURAM conference, highlighting the opportunity to submit research papers for the topic you are proposing. You are expected to issue your own call for papers that have to be coordinated in terms of styling and content with the SIG to which your topic is attached.

- COMMITMENT TO ASSUME FURTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

When your proposed topic achieves a significant number of submissions (at least 20 papers), topic proponents commit to accept the responsibility of becoming Track Chairs and to responsibly develop such role. Thank you for taking the time to communicate with the SIG chair and the Conference Programme Committee when your topic is selected and for respecting all the deadlines. Your availability and your capacity to manage those first steps are the conditions for transforming your topic into a conference track.
