The Conference Programme Committee and SIG chairs sometimes move papers to match them better with papers of a similar theme.
For EURAM 2017, the abstracts and full papers will be published in e-format. The papers will be accessible for registered delegates only. Only accepted papers that also are presented at the conference will be published in this e-format.
You will be able to view the full programme on our website. You can select sessions/tracks that you wish to attend by searching the programme using the title of the paper, keywords, authors’ names, etc.
Abstracts and full papers are made available a few weeks ahead of the conference so that discussants and chairs can prepare for their sessions. The Conference Programme Committee believes that this is important for research dissemination. However, if you do not want your paper to be available, you may request for it to be removed.
Conference Programme Books will be available for consultation in key locations (publishers’ plaza, coffee break areas, registration area, etc.). The Conference Programme Books will contain the titles and authors of all accepted papers. However, the Conference Programme Book does not contain the abstracts or full paper texts. With most tracks, the track or SIG Chair will suggest potential publication outlets to facilitate publication of the best papers.

All participants must register to attend. If the presenting author of an accepted paper does not register before 26 April, his/her paper will not be included in the conference programme.
All participants, including board members, executive committee members and even the president of the academy, must pay the full registration fee to attend the EURAM Conference.
An accompanying person cannot participate in the academic programme. However, you can register them to attend the social events at an extra cost. More information will be posted in due course.

Yes. Once you have registered for the conference, you do not need to register for individual sessions. However, the number of seats in each room limits audience numbers. Therefore, once all seats are taken, you may not be able to join the session due to health and safety regulations.

When you register for the Conference, there is an option as part of the process to book your hotel and to register for the social events. The Museum’s magnificent collection with works by Dali, Van Gogh, Whistler, Monet, and Botticelli - can be viewed during the event. Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is one of Scotland’s most popular attractions. It has been a favourite with Glasgow residents and visitors since it opened in 1901. The museum has 22 themed galleries displaying an astonishing 8000 objects, brought together from across Glasgow Museums’ rich and varied collection, which is a Recognised Collection of National Significance. No, you cannot. The task of building the conference programme is very complex and requires the collaboration of over 150 chairs. EURAM focuses on offering a programme with scholarly coherence. We try to avoid overlap between related subject areas. We do anything reasonably possible to accommodate the very varying needs and wants of a myriad of stakeholders, while still keeping the objective of scholarly coherence in sight. For this reason, we cannot take personal preferences into account. If you cannot attend the full conference from 09:00 (Wednesday 21 June 2017) until 13:00 (Saturday 24 June 2017), please make sure that one of your co-authors has registered before 26 April 2017.
