FEES

Conference Fees (21 - 24 June 2017)

¹ The Conference Fee includes the 100 € EURAM Membership fee for 2018.

^* These fees only apply to PhD students that do NOT participate in the EURAM 2017 Doctoral Colloquium. To be eligible for these rates, PhD students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status, which they will need to upload during the registration process. Doctoral Colloquium (18 - 20 June 2017)

** These fees only apply to PhD students admitted to the doctoral colloquium. To be eligible for these rates, PhD students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status, which they will need to upload during the registration process.

³ The Doctoral Colloquium Fees include the 80 € EURAM (PhD Students) membership fee for 2018.

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons are welcome to register for social activities. For that purpose, it will be necessary to register before 5 June 2017 as accompanying person.

Accompanying persons fee: 30 EUR

This fee includes:

• Participation in the Welcome Reception on 20 June 2017.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
• Only authors who complete their registration before 26 April 2017 will be included in the programme..
• The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
• As of 6 June 2017, the online registration will be closed for administrative purposes. If you have questions, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Participants who wish to attend the conference will have the possibility to register onsite. The onsite registration fee will be applied.
• Membership Fees include 21% Belgian VAT.
• The European Academy of Management (EURAM) plans to take photographs and video material at the EURAM 2017, 17th Annual Conference in Glasgow, Scotland and reproduce them in EURAM educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the EURAM website. By participating at the EURAM 2017, 17th Annual Conference in Glasgow, Scotland, you grant EURAM the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of EURAM. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by EURAM for any purpose.

Conference Fees include:

• Admission to all academic sessions (21-24 June 2017 at Strathclyde University) and the EURAM Labs on 20 June 2017
• Handout materials and information package
• Coffee breaks & lunches to be served during the conference scientific programme, 21-24 June 2017
• Welcome Reception on 20th June 2017 at Strathclyde University
• EURAM Membership fees for 2018
  • Standard rate: 100 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT).
  • PhD students: 80 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT).

...and do not include:

• EURAM Party which is optional and is priced at 95 Euro (for more detail about the location, see http://euramonline.org/programme2017/social-events/euram-party.html)

Participation Fees to the Doctoral Colloquium (only) include:

• Academic sessions of the Doctoral Colloquium only (18 - 20 June 2017).
• Doctoral Colloquium materials.
• Coffee breaks & lunch to be served on 18 - 20 June 2017.
• EURAM Membership rates for 2018 (PhD Students - 80 Euro)

Cancellation Policy – Registration

• Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the EURAM 2017 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
• Cancellations received before or on 1st June 2017 – eligible for 50% refund
• Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations received on or after 2nd June 2017.
• Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EURAM 2017, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
