Doctoral Colloquium Registration

¹ The Conference Fee includes the 100 € EURAM Membership fee for 2017.

Conference Fees for Doctoral Students

Conference Fees for Doctoral Students* not participating in the EURAM 2016 Doctoral Colloquium

^* These fees only apply to PhD students that do NOT participate in the EURAM 2016 Doctoral Colloquium. To be eligible for these rates, PhD students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status, which they will need to upload during the registration process. Doctoral Colloquium Fees** (30-31 May 2016)

** These fees only apply to PhD students admitted to the doctoral colloquium. To be eligible for these rates, PhD students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status, which they will need to upload during the registration process.

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons are welcome to register for social activities. For that purpose, it will be necessary to register before 12 May 2016 as accompanying person.

Accompanying persons fee: 30 EUR

This fee includes:

• Participation in the Welcome Reception that will take place at Université Paris Dauphine on 31 May 2016.
• The possibility to register (paying the corresponding fee) to the EURAM Party that will take place in Paris on a Bateau Mouche (on the Seine river) on Friday 3 June 2016.

EURAM Party

The EURAM Party will take place in Paris on a Bateau Mouche (on the Seine river).
The participation fee to the EURAM Party is 99 EUR (inc. VAT).

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the programme.
• The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
• As of 18 May 2016, the online registration will be closed for administrative purposes. If you have questions, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Participants who wish to attend the conference will have the possibility to register onsite. The onsite registration fee will be applied.
• Membership Fees include 21% Belgian VAT.
• The European Academy of Management (EURAM) plans to take photographs and video material at the EURAM 2016, 16th Annual Conference in Paris, France and reproduce them in EURAM educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the EURAM website. By participating at the EURAM 2016, 16th Annual Conference in Paris, France, you grant EURAM the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of EURAM. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by EURAM for any purpose.

Conference Fees include:

• Admission to all academic sessions (1-4 June 2016 at Université Paris- Est Créteil as well as to the Thematic Workshops 31 May at Université Paris Dauphine).
• Handout materials and information package.
• Coffee breaks & lunches to be served during the conference scientific programme, 1- 4 June 2016.
• Welcome Reception on 31 May 2016 at Université Paris Dauphine.
• EURAM Membership rates for 2017
  • Standard rate: 100 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT).
  • PhD students: 80 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT).

...and do not include:

• EURAM Party on 3 June 2016 (Bateau Mouche on the Seine river).

Participation Fees to the Doctoral Colloquium (only) include:

• Academic sessions of the Doctoral Colloquium only (30-31 May 2016).
• Doctoral Colloquium materials.
• Coffee breaks & lunch to be served on 30-31 May 2016.
• EURAM Membership rates for 2017 (PhD Students - 80 Euro)

Cancellation Policy – Registration

• Requests for registration cancellation must be sent in writing to the EURAM 2016 Registration Secretariat to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
• Cancellations received before or on 12 May 2016 – eligible for 50% refund on the conference fee.
• Cancellations received after 12 May 2016 will not be refunded.
• Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EURAM 2016, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
